What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your Google password.

When you order we also keep the delivery details you type in (name, phone number, address, city, state, PIN code) and what you bought.

Why

To let you sign in, take and ship your order, show your order history and answer questions about it. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Your card, UPI and bank details go to Cashfree and never reach our servers. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded or failed.

Where it lives and who sees it

Your account and orders are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Only the people running CHINGARI can see order details, and we share your name, phone number and address with the courier that delivers your parcel.

Cookies

We use one sign-in cookie to keep you logged in and a small browser store to remember your bag and delivery details on your device. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time. To see, correct or delete your information, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will do it. We keep order records for as long as needed for returns and accounts.

If this changes we will update the date above.
